Necessary equipment for the expedition

1. Outerwear

   Outerwear you take with you should be intended for the temperature range of -5...+30 C. It should be waterproof and windproof, but also compact, warm and made of breathable fabrics. The same goes for footwear. You need to consider the majority of trips we offer takes place on water

2. Thermal underwear

   2 sets

3. Headwear

   Headwear (such as a cap with a mosquito net, and a woolen hat) is a must

4. Gloves

   (if possible, waterproof neoprene angler gloves)

5. Warm socks

6. Boots

   High boots or Waders (we recommend fisherman's boots with warm inner soles and thermally lined legs, and not Waders)

7. Sleeping bag

   (if your trip includes spending a night outside, or a trip to Shantars)

9. Spinning tackle

   We recommend taking two spinning rods. One - up to 25 g (for lenok, whitespotted char, grayling, Dolly Varden trout, whitefish, Arctic char), and another - up to 50 g (taimen, chum salmon, pink salmon, coho salmon)

10. Flyfishing gear

11. Lures

    BluFox No.3 to No.6, various colors, also large-sized silvery wobblers. If you intend to angle for grayling, we suggest taking smaller lures and other baits. The locals use tablespoons to fit into a lure by breaking the handle off and mounting a simple treble to the head... We would also like to note that travel spinning gear proved to be very useful: small size and light weight allow you to take it in the cabin with you when you board a plane. And its carrying tube is easily fitted in a backpack pocket
